COMPANIES HOUSE INCORPORATION
The documents required for application for registering a Private Limited Company at the Companies House are the
- Memorandum of Association,
- Articles of Association and
- Form 10 companieshouse.gov.uk/forms/generalForms/10.pdf  and
- Form 12 companieshouse.gov.uk/forms/generalForms/12.pdf.

AFTER INCORPORATION
