We were honoured to meet with the inspiring delegation from KAGİDER Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey – at the Turkish Embassy Offices in London for a meaningful and energising exchange on empowering women in business and deepening UK–Türkiye cooperation.
With over 500 members representing 8% of the Turkish economy, KAGIDER is a powerful force for change — not only driving women’s economic participation but also championing gender equality socially and politically. Their mission reflects a strong belief that women entrepreneurs are key to building a more inclusive and balanced society — a vision that deeply resonates with our own mission at TBCCI.
The meeting was led with passion and purpose by TBCCI Directors Senem Dedeoglu, Arzu Toren, and Pınar Tunalı, and joined by an inspiring team from KAGIDER, led by President Esra İçin Bezircioğlu and Vice President Sila Gok. The room was filled with vision, determination, and shared ambition — a true testament to what happens when driven women come together with purpose.
At TBCCI, we don’t just support women in business — we lead with them. The majority of our Board and workforce are women, and we are proud to lead by example with strong female leadership at every level of our organisation. Women are not just present at the table — they’re shaping the agenda.
We believe in the transformative power of women in business and are committed to supporting opportunities where women thrive, lead, and build cross-border partnerships that drive real impact.
Our sincere thanks to the Turkish Embassy in London for graciously hosting this important conversation, and to KAGIDER for their inspiring work and partnership. We look forward to turning this momentum into action through meaningful collaborations that empower women and drive impact across borders.
