A complete list on Company headed paper is required of all company signatories authorised to sign documents on behalf of your company. Unless the applicant is the sole trader proprietor, signatories cannot authorise themselves. We recommend having more than one person to sign documents in case of the principal being away at the time of application . It is necessary to keep the Chamber informed of any changes to the above listings, as Documents with unauthorised signatures cannot be accepted.
FOR GOODS OF UK ORIGIN:
Two signed copies of the sales invoice bearing the name of the consignor or manufacturer. One copy to be retained by the Chamber.
FOR GOODS OF NON-UK ORIGIN:
Two signed copies of the sales invoice bearing the name of the consignor or manufacturer. One copy to be retained by the Chamber.
Two signed copies of the manufacturer invoice, or a document as proof of the country of origin. One copy to be retained by the Chamber. |

A Formal Undertaking , must be completed and signed by a Director, Company Secretary or person authorised to act and sign on behalf of your company. The Chamber cannot issue documents until a signed Formal Undertaking has been received . A suggested text for the Formal Undertaking can be found at the end of this section.
You can obtain Certificates of Origin from our office on the second floor at Bury House, Bury Street , London SW1Y 6AU . Tel.: 020 7321 0999, Fax: 020 7321 0989. The required documents may be presented in person at the Chamber or sent by post. If you wish the certified documents to be returned to you by post, please enclose a stamped-addressed-envelope.
If all the necessary documents are in order, the TBCCI certification can be issued right away. If your documents reach us by noon , the Turkish Consulate validation will take two days. An additional working day is required for the FCO legalisation. |
