Türkiye Is Bankasi A.S. London has now made available an offer of a special loan facility to the members of the TBCCI. In the Small Business Loan Facility, IsBank will, depending on the credit assessment of the applicants, offer a financing between £ 10,000 and £ 124,000 where the yearly interest varies between 9.25% and 10,95%. Maximum term of the Loan is 5 years and the repayments are in monthly equal instalments.(various rates)

IsBank London has started offering house loans to British residents buying property in Turkey. Upon successful credit checking of the applicants and having met other conditions, IsBank overseas mortgages (repayment mortgages) are now extended with a maximum term of 15 years, in variable rates, in pounds sterling.
