A EUR1 is a certificate entitling preferential import duty rates, usually zero, for exports to Turkey from the UK or a European Union (EU) country. The Turkish British Chamber of Commerce and Industry is now authorised to endorse and issue EUR1 Certificates.

To qualify for EUR1 certificate,
- The goods must have a free circulation status in the EU
- All EU duties and taxes paid, and
- Accompanied by a correctly completed and endorsed form
EUR1 certification is required for most agricultural, and all coal and steel products. For all other industrial products, an ATR certificate is used.

EUR1 Certificates that require certification may be presented in person at the Chamber or sent to us by post. If you wish the completed EUR1 Certificates be returned to you by post, please enclose a stamped-addressed-envelope. For each document, the TBCCI fee for EUR1 certification is:

EUR1 Certificates may be presented in person at the Chamber or sent by post. If you wish the completed EUR1 Certificates be returned to you by post, please enclose a stamped-addressed-envelope.
A person resident in or a company registered in the UK or the Isle of Man can fill this forms. An agent may be authorised to complete forms on behalf of the exporter.
